Here’s how the CMxConnect app works

Patients can choose to either call the medical practice to make an appointment or book an online appointment through the CMxConnect app. Upon confirmation of the appointment, the patient will receive a notification and be able to view the appointment on the app.

With CMxConnect, it is the healthcare practitioner who initiates the call. Five minutes prior to the appointment time, the patient will receive a notification reminder for the live video appointment. Both patient and medical professional can choose to attend the telehealth consultation on-the-go while being connected through the app. Neither parties are bound by physical barriers, as long as they have a stable internet to connect them.
